I’ve always wanted a jeweled evening bag. I have since learned there is a particular name for this type of bag. The definition from Wikipedia, “A minaudière is a women’s fashion accessory, generally considered a jewelry piece, intended to substitute for an evening bag.” That suits me just fine. I’m a fan of jewelry and bags.
Judith Leiber is well known for her beautiful couture designs. This fabulous fish is by Stephanie Nicole by Sasha and I got it from Hautelook, Nordstrom’s flash sale site. They never disappoint, always offering interesting brands and great prices. Their customer service is also wonderful.
There’s something super sweet about having the right accessory for that special evening out. I plan to use this one on a cruise so the fish theme was kismet.
A little, playful glamour is a good thing.
